The lost sheep

Do you ever read a piece of scripture that you think was written just for you? My wife Barb and I both love the words of Jesus as captured in Luke 15:4, because we were those lost sheep. We wandered in the wilderness of the world until our Lord brought us back into the fold. We fought Him tooth and nail, but now feel safe and loved in a hostile world by being back in the flock.
“If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them gets lost, what will he do? Won’t he leave the ninety-nine others in the wilderness and go to search for the one that is lost until he finds it?”
