An Ever-Present Help...
“For I, the Lord your God will hold your right hand, saying to you, “Don’t be afraid. I will help you.” - Isaiah 41:13
When I was in the throes of hell with my finances and all of the stuff with my now former home; selling it, the move, et al… Most nights, I was up tossing and turning, stressing and worrying.
I swear one night, and I will never forget it, I heard God’s voice say: “I will help you.” There’s no mistaking THAT voice!
I immediately felt a sense of calm rush over me, knowing the Man Himself would reach down His hand and help.
And He didn’t disappoint! I received help from the most incredible people, some of who came out of nowhere! Places to live that have popped up out of the blue in miraculous ways - that allowed me to have 5 dogs!!
He didn’t always make it easy, but He was there to help in the perfect way when I needed it the most!
He truly is that “everlasting help in times of trouble.” (Psalm 46:1)
When have you needed divine help and God provided it in perfect ways? How can you ask for and accept His help today?
